Throughout your lifetime and humans being social beings, you are highly likely to encounter what is called a “bargaining Situation”. The way you act or react will have an effect on the results or success you deserve from the situation. Hope Faculty wants you to know the way you act in these bargaining situations you will automatically be identified into what is called three states of control which are:

• Assertive
• Aggressive
• Passive

 

Hope faculty believes

 

• Being assertive allows you to get your point across fairly and not at the expense of hurting anyone or putting them down. Your view can come across as persistent and the nature and direction of view always trying to create a win-win situation. This intern allows the prospect of creating and maintaining relationships.

If you’re not approaching “bargaining situations” with the elements of assertiveness then you could be projecting:

• aggressive approach which essentially is the approach of getting to your objective or your point across at the expense of others which transpires in a high stakes approach which normally ends in a win-lose situation outcome.
• Passive approach is the opposite, this is when you are willing to give up, override your personal feelings not putting yourself first, giving more for the benefit of the other. This is a lose- win

Hope Faculty knows being assertive is all you hear in your professional lives but why not incorporate certain approaches in your personal life. Being assertive is a mind tool that will let you naturally have control of what’s at hand and better influence the results you desire as well as projecting good characteristics.Go out and be assertive today !

Charity! What Charity, I can’t see anything changing!!!!

..Hope faculty wants to put forward the question are charity actually fulfilling the job and purpose of the donation. Listen all charities big or small have intentions of doing good work, Hope faculty knows this but sometimes we wonder

…Is my donation going to the cause (people in need) or too the logistics (salary, wages) of the Charity. Yes I know the money as a whole will eventually trickle down but is that good enough for people, whose minds want full clarity with what their donation is helping

..Another point Hope Faculty wants to point out Bill Gates the billionaire who spends multi-millions on charity causes and initiatives but doesn’t like to promote what he does …

Well Bill message to you , I think you should promote your good work because all I’ll be reading and seeing is a load of conspiracies with your face and the titles like Vaccination , chemical warfare and  depopulation which is against the Hope Faculty  and more importantly overshadowing the so called  good work.

….Hope faculty clearly understand about the private donation moral space but for Bill Gates I’m going to go all Kanye West… “Bill gates give me a $100 million to put into charity work and you see if all my good work can stay that silent” Mr gates should have big banners with Microsoft Charity all over thier good work and buildings they have helped, he is one of the richest if not the richest human on earth, if you cannot see the work it can’t be praised or inspire the generations.

Hope faculty believes…

Why hide the good especially if its helping life, one good deed inspires the next, and being visual can have an impact on the next generations on how to do things.

Today’s society is full of issues that are clouding the individuals mind , but what’s worrying is the created  pressure and illusion of keeping up with the Joneses/ Kardashians .A generation getting dragged into being upset, ungrateful, unhappy, shame fearing, fantasists , feeling of falling behind, self-centred  ,socially anxious, socially inept and confused all under the banner of social media entertainment ! Why and what for Hope faculty asks:  Yes its entertaining but what is it communicating ,If you think out the box  you realise the entertainment world is put together ,so it’s not real life! And real life is actually more entertaining with the situations it throws at you.

The Hope faculty knows is impossible to go up a mountain forget all possessions and meditate a clear mind but you can add things to your schedule that can help you reach clarity. There are many mediums and outlets which have always been here in and around human nature. People meditate and do things like yoga, Taking drugs/ stop taking drugs, listen to music or wanting and acquiring knowledge through study and history .Hope Faculty wants to be another outlet clearing the mind by promoting the good to generate Hope in the world and empowerment of the individual.

Hope Faculty wants to help clear the mind also by through principle of sharing knowledge, love, morals and hope! By being a place where people can see real people being actively seeking to live well and most importantly free the individual from being dictated to or held by their environment.

My father 66 is looking forward to his retirement this year, let’s say he deserves it, years on the hustle, paying tax and supporting the Bank of Dad. He deserves his rest he worked all his life

But…

It did made me look at my retiring age from work so ,I looked at a document pensions sent me and it said I will at 72 I will receive the state pension…..

WTF

People the goal posts are moving but not for the better more like for the longer enslavement of yourself. You would think by the time I reach that age shouldn’t their be robots that can do the work and if anything I should be able to retire at 50 again like my Granddad

That’s why I’ve had enough , I know time flies and hope to God we can reach these ages , I know medical science is improving but to make the assumption that ill be fit at 72 and that 72 is the new 65 in my lifetime is to much.

I almost feel its propaganda to confuse the worker in his choice, every time you get a job and you tell your peers, more time the response is “good wage and Pension”

But from now on ill be saying Pension F**ck a pension ill live my life and change job if it don’t make me happy . Listen if you have not got a separate pension to the state one I will be seeing you in your part-time job at the supermarket covering your last years from 66-72 when you are not viable in the general work world but you got this spacious few years to fill till your time.

Hope Faculty wants the modern man/women to know that Your work life should not blueprint your life , its all about enjoying everything you do .Don’t let a job behold you , don’t let a manager power trip affect you, I know we all got bills to pay and pressures of life but at Hope Faculty we strongly believe that for clarity of mind do your job ,but think of other outlets or as we say here in UK start the side grind and save money away from your current account. Listen you cant beat the system everybody eventually need a regular job paying taxes for the regular things the government expect, but that’s the minimum and if you do the minimum in life then it’s a long time looking outside the same window waiting for this elusive age the government want to release the money you earned.

This is not a charity we are a lifestyle looking to better are ourselves and clear our minds by believing in the good of this world as well as being entertained through general interest.

What is Hope Faculty

WHAT IS HOPE FACULTY?

Hope Faculty is a communication medium where like-minded people can group together show their support to social issues and social injustices that they feel passionately about ,also  issues that do not quite reach the mainstream or deemed not important enough for any exposure but have the message of hope and the love of mankind

Hope Faculty wants to bring everyday issues that we can champion and support as well as discussing / debating and eventually putting forward resolutions, solutions and if not solidarity through the message of Hope. Eventually creating a fund so which can manifest in hope for issues that touch the Hope Faculty and its members interests. The power and opportunity to see the power of direct help and support and better yet seeing its possible and doing it with people you relate too

Hope faculty members will have the opportunity to theorise and enjoy and interact with others with same interests like themselves as well as being exposed to issues they may have known about but under the Hope Faculty banner can relate or educate themselves.

Hope Faculty has always issued the warning that this is for a certain mind-set, as we will be covering a wide range of topics which will unravel as we grow.

Hope Faculty will eventually be a forward thinking institution in society that will act as an alternative and take matters of hope in their own hands and see direct interaction and results through the power of the Hope Faculty.
